About the artwork
Between Blue and Gold is a wonderful reminder that the simplest landscapes often leave the deepest impression. A winding country road, flanked by elegant cypress trees that gently guide the eye towards a solitary farmhouse perched on the hill. The vivid contrast between the deep sapphire sky and radiant golden fields creates a composition that is both bold and calming. Though modest in size, the painting has a remarkable presence, bringing warmth, colour and a sense of quiet escape to any space. It is a timeless celebration of the scene's enduring charm.
