About the artwork
Suardana Kacor’s "Red Scape #2" is a powerful and unified vision, an immersive landscape rendered almost entirely in a striking monochrome of reds and pinks. This painting depicts a vast, textured terrain populated by an array of majestic animals—including rhinoceros, elephants, and a large feline—coexisting amidst stylized, colossal flora. The artist's meticulous, pointillist-like application of paint creates a unique, tactile surface that seems to pulse with an inner light. The lack of varied color forces the viewer to focus on form, texture, and the raw essence of the creatures and their environment. It evokes a timeless, almost ancient realm, emphasizing the shared spirit of a vibrant, interconnected wilderness.
