About the artwork
Perched atop a horse, the duo of father and son ride together—not in haste, but in harmony. In this heartwarming bronze sculpture, Adi Gunawan distills the essence of paternal love: steady, protective, and present. The father figure exudes quiet strength, while the child leans forward with curiosity, both grounded and uplifted by the shared journey. The horse is calm and surefooted - a symbol of the path forward made safer when taken together. This piece radiates warmth and nostalgia, a sculptural lullaby for anyone who’s ever found comfort in the arms of family.
