About the artwork
Suardana Kacor’s "Under The Sea" (Acrylic on canvas, 80 x 80 cm, 2024) is a breathtaking dive into a coral paradise, teeming with life and vibrant color. The painting offers a dynamic cross-section of a reef, where a majestic sea turtle glides gracefully above intricately textured coral formations in dazzling hues of red, magenta, green, and blue. Schools of brilliantly colored fish, including an angelfish and clownfish, navigate the complex aquatic architecture. Kacor’s distinctive technique creates a tactile impression, making the corals almost ripple with their own inner light. This artwork is a profound celebration of marine biodiversity, capturing the serene complexity and exhilarating beauty of the ocean's hidden depths.
