Dunbar Walk 22 follows a minimalistic theme in its design with the usage of concrete walls, timber floors, and mono-chromatic colour scheme. This design allows the house to have both modern and artistic aesthetic. To fulfill an art collector's needs, Dunbar Walk was designed to have ample space. The plain walls, concrete and painted black, allow viewers to focus immediately on the artworks, leaving no place for distractions.
